Servicing and Maintenance - a nationwide network of service engineers

Your must have your boiler serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered installer in order to validate your warranty. Failure to do so can result in your boiler running inefficiently and therefore creating higher gas bills. More importantly, it will invalidate your boiler's warranty. You should ensure that when your boiler is installed or serviced, that the Heating/Service Engineer completes the Benchmark book at the back of the boilers Installation Manual.

LPG Kits - Glen Dimplex Boilers also provide LPG Conversion Kits to enable the use of the Dimplex gas boiler in areas that do not have a natural gas supply.As with all of our products, in the event of any technical issues, please call our technical helpline.

Frozen Condensate - The correct location and protection of the boiler condense discharge pipe work is the responsibility of the installer. The condense discharge pipe work should be installed in line with Glen Dimplex Boilers Installation Instructions and Industry Guidance from the HHIC. Frozen Condensate pipe work issues are not covered by our manufacturers warranty and if a service visit is required a charge will apply if found to be incorrect installation. Registration - providing protection, removing inconvenience

Please make sure you register any new purchases using our online registration form within 30 days of installation which will ensure you receive prompt and efficient handling in the unlikely event that your product requires attention during the warranty period.  You can also register your boiler over the telephone (UK) 0844 371 1121 or (Ireland) 01-8428222 or by post Glen Dimplex Boilers, Stoney Lane, Prescot, Merseyside. When registering your product by telephone please have the following information available: Make of product/boiler, Type, Model/Serial No, Installation date.

Please be aware that the boiler must be serviced annually and the benchmark booklet completed. Failure to comply with these condition will invalidate your warranty.
